Our Utrecht spot is on Vinkenburgstraat, a few steps off the Neude square — right in the city's medieval centre and walking distance from the Dom Tower and Oudegracht canal. Inside it's warm, plant-filled and unmistakably MOAK: throwback hip-hop, generous portions and that mellow vibe. We serve 100% sugar-free pancakes, made with organic wholegrain wheat flour and organic buttermilk, drizzled with 100% organic Canadian maple syrup from New Brunswick & Nova Scotia. Sourdough toasts come from Louf bakery. Our saffron pistachio ice cream is a secret recipe. Sweet, savoury, vegan-friendly and halal options — we've got you.
