What we serve

Our pancake batter is 100% sugar-free, made with organic wholegrain wheat flour and organic buttermilk. We drizzle with 100% organic Canadian maple syrup from New Brunswick & Nova Scotia. The sourdough for our toasts comes from Louf bakery in Amsterdam, and our saffron pistachio ice cream is our own secret recipe (you'll find it in the Blue Magic Deluxe, Ice Ice Baby and the showstopper Golddigger). Sweet, savoury, vegan-friendly and halal options — we've got you. Bring an empty stomach.

Tip: beat the museum queue

The Rijksmuseum is busiest from late morning. If you have a timed-entry ticket for 10:00 or 11:00, walking over for breakfast at MOAK at 08:30 means you'll be fed, caffeinated and ready well before your slot. The walk back is straight north, no detours needed.
