Yes — our pancake batter is 100% sugar-free, made with organic wholegrain wheat flour and (for non-vegan dishes) organic buttermilk. Sweetness comes from the toppings: organic Canadian maple syrup, fresh fruit, blueberry sauce or our saffron pistachio ice cream.
